使用家纪（FamilyLore）App，即表示您同意本用户协议。如不同意，请停止使用本应用。

使用许可

家纪为您提供个人、非商业用途的免费使用许可。您不得：

  • 对 App 进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
  • 以任何方式将 App 用于商业目的
  • 分发、出售或转让 App 的使用权

用户内容

您在家纪中记录的所有内容（家庭信息、成员资料、大事记录、照片等）均属于您的个人数据，存储在您的设备本地。开发者对您的内容不主张任何权利。

数据与隐私

家纪不收集任何用户数据。详情请参阅隐私政策。

免责声明

家纪按”现状”提供服务，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。开发者不对以下情况承担责任：

  • 设备故障、系统崩溃或其他原因导致的数据丢失
  • App 运行中断或不可用

强烈建议定期通过「导出备份」功能将数据备份到安全位置（如 iCloud Drive）。

变更

我们可能不定期更新本协议。继续使用 App 即视为接受更新后的条款。

Acceptance of Terms

By using FamilyLore, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

License

FamilyLore grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the app free of charge. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose
  • Distribute, sell, or transfer the app

User Content

All content you record in FamilyLore (family profiles, member records, milestone events, photos, etc.) is your personal data, stored locally on your device. The developer claims no rights over your content.

Data & Privacy

FamilyLore does not collect any user data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

FamilyLore is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The developer is not liable for:

  • Data loss due to device failure, system crashes, or other causes
  • App interruptions or unavailability

We strongly recommend regularly exporting backups to a safe location (e.g., iCloud Drive) using the Export Backup feature.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
